Big news for Lucknow residents! The city is set to get around 4,000 new residential plots soon. Thanks to the efforts of the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) and the UP Housing and Development Board (Awas Vikas Parishad), fresh housing schemes will finally be launched after years.

Mohaan Road Scheme: LDA will launch four new sectors under this scheme.

New Jail Road Scheme: Awas Vikas Parishad’s new project will kick off on January 13, 2025, offering 2,000 residential plots in its first phase.
The plot sizes for the Jail Road scheme will range from 80 sq m to 200 sq m, priced at ₹23,000 per sq m.
Big Approvals Announced

2. Ghazipur-Mau State Road Land Development
This ambitious project will involve land purchase from farmers and village societies, with a total budget of ₹86,522.35 lakh. The aim is to speed up urban housing projects in the area.
3. Housing and Market Development in Pratapgarh
This project will span 151.72 hectares, covering multiple villages, and will cost an estimated ₹2,14,050.81 lakh. Development work is expected to be completed within two years.
4. Gorakhpur Road Land Development and Homeshop Scheme

Estimated Cost: ₹3,78,161.64 lakh

Breakdown: ₹3,08,884.99 lakh for land acquisition and ₹69,276.65 lakh for development.
